The Change System Library Text command allows the text descriptions of certain
system libraries to be changed to the system supplied value as seen with GO
LICPGM. Many system libraries are shipped with blank text descriptions. The
default provides a listing of what would be changed. Other library text
descriptions such as QDSNX may be optionally changed to English text.
