The Check Minimum Release command finds objects that were created with a target
release earlier than the one specified on the command and determines if the
source still exists. *PGM, *MODULE, and *SRVPGM objects are checked. All
*SQLPKG objects are flagged. Objects with creation data may be bypassed. The
companion tool to re-create the objects is FIXMINRLS. The tool is designed to
assist in conversion to V6R1M0.
