Copy CL. Performs a function similar to RPG /COPY for CL programs to copy in
standard source. The support differs in that the CPYCL command must be used to
'include' the source. If the program is created and the standard source has
been changed, the CRTCPYCL program can be used on an entire library. It will
find the programs that need to be refreshed by CPYCL and re-create the
programs. Useful for including standard source in CL programs.
