The Convert Image Catalog Entries command converts the entries for a specific
Virtual Tape image catalog to the IMGCLGEP outfile in a named library. The
QVOIRCLD API is used to retrieve the entries. The model outfile is TAACLGAP
with a format name of IMGCLGER. See the CVTIMGCLG2 command for converting an
