Display Save Tape. Shorthand command to DSPTAP for displaying the *SAVRST type
labels from a tape. Minimizes keystrokes and need to prompt for the DATA
parameter to display the Save/Restore information. Avoids the typical mistake
of forgetting to specify DATA(*SAVRST).
