MSGCTL -- Message Control
Message Control. Allows automation of a message queue. Provides a method of
programming a message queue (e.g. QSYSOPR). Aimed at environments that want to
1) Run unattended, 2) Run mostly unattended, or 3) Reduce the number of
messages that an operator must deal with in QSYSOPR (show only important
messages). Uses a data base file to describe the actions. Allows forwarding of
specific messages including the proper handling of inquiry types.
