Unadopt. Provides a program which will execute a command in an environment
where you do not want adopted authority. A call interface is provided. The
program is specified as CHGPGM USEADPAUT(*NO) so that any command that is
executed will operate only under the users authority. Useful for executing
commands (including CALL) where you want to ensure that only the users
authority will be used.
