TAA Tools Business Continuity Statement

We implement the following practices to ensure continuity for our customers:

• Full server backups are performed daily.
• Business procedures are documented and centrally located for all employees.
• Cross-training of critical skills is constant and on-going.
• Employees are able to work remotely - especially when a health risk is present, or when recommended by government or health officials.
• TAA Tools does not rely on any third parties to supply intellectual property or physical components.
• TAA Tool source code is provided with the installed product, allowing customers to inspect and implement their own tool changes if desired.
