The  Compare  Output  Queue Attributes  command  compares  the  CRTOUTQ
command  parameters of  two Output Queue  objects.   A spooled  file is
created of any differences.

The major attributes which are not compared are:

      - Owner
      - Authorizations to the output queue
      - Text description
      - Create date and time

A typical command would be:

             CMPOUTQA  FROMOUTQ(xxx) TOOUTQ(yyy)

A spooled file would be created with any differences shown.

An  option exists to send  an escape message if  differences exist.  An
option exists to delete the spooled file if no differences exist.

Most of  the attributes  (but not  all)  are compared.   CMPOUTQA  uses
RTVOUTQA and is limited to the attributes returned on RTVOUTQA.

Escape messages from based on functions will be re-sent.

Command parameters                                    *CMD
------------------

   FROMOUTQ      The  qualified name  of the  From Output  Queue  to be
                 compared.    The  library  value  defaults  to  *LIBL.
                 *CURLIB may also be used.

   TOOUTQ        The qualified  name  of  the  To Output  Queue  to  be
                 compared.  The  default is *FROMOUTQ meaning  the same
                 Output Queue  name as in the  FROMOUTQ parameter.  The
                 library value  defaults  to blanks.    If no  name  is
                 entered,  *LIBL  is  assumed.   *CURLIB  may  also  be
                 used.

   ESCAPE        Whether  to  send  an  escape message  if  differences
                 exist.   The default  is *NO which  means a completion
                 message is sent.

                 *YES may be  specified to send TAA9895  if differences
                 exist.

   DLTSPLF       Whether  to delete the  spooled file  if there  are no
                 differences.     The  default  is   *YES  meaning  the
                 spooled file is deleted  if no differences are  found.
                 The  spooled file  is always  retained if  differences
                 exist.

                 *NO  may be  specified to ensure  a spooled  file will
                 exist  regardless  of  whether  differences  exist  or
                 not.

Restrictions
------------

Most of  the  attributes (but  not all)  are compared.   CMPOUTQA  uses
RTVOUTQA and is limited to the attributes returned on RTVOUTQA.
