CVTIMGCLG2 CONVERT IMAGE CATALOG 2 TAACLGD |
The Convert Image Catalog 2 command converts the image catalog
entries for an Optical image catalog to a data base file. The output
file is always IMGCLGDP with a model file named TAACLGDP and a format
name of IMGCLGE2.
A typical command would be:
CVTIMGCLG2 IMGCLG(xxx) OUTLIB(yyy)
The image catalog specified must be an Optical type. The IMGCLGDP
file would be created in the yyy library with one record per entry.
CVTIMGCLG2 escape messages you can monitor for

TAA9891 The image catalog does not exist
TAA9892 An image catalog may only exist in QUSRSYS
TAA9893 No entries exist
Escape messages from based on functions will be re-sent.
CVTIMGCLG2 Command parameters *CMD
-----------------------------
IMGCLG The qualified name of the image catalog to be
converted. The library value defaults to QUSRSYS.
An image catalog may only exist in QUSRSYS.
OUTLIB The library where the IMGCLGDP file will be placed.
The default is *LIBL. If the IMGCLGDP file does not
exist, a specific library must be named.
OUTMBR The member to be used in the IMGCLGDP file. The
default is IMGCLGDP. If the member does not exist,
it will be added.
REPLACE A *YES/*NO value for whether the member should be
cleared before writing records into it. The default
is *YES.
*NO may be specified to add records to an existing
file.
