The Submit Previous command  is intended for use on  the system command
entry  display  where you  have  executed  a command  and  now want  to
submit  the  same  command  (or  a  modified  version)  to  batch using
SBMJOB.   SBMPRV extracts  the last  request message  sent and  prompts
for the command on a SBMJOB prompt.

SBMPRV  is only  valid on  the  system supplied  command entry  display
(not on a command line for a menu or for a command like WRKMBRPDM).

Assume  you entered a  SAVLIB command interactively and  then wanted to
do another SAVLIB,  but submit  it to  batch.  The  series of  commands
would be:

             SAVLIB        LIB(xxx) ...
             SBMPRV

The SBMPRV  command would extract the  SAVLIB command from  the program
message  queue and  place it  in the  SBMJOB prompt.   When  the SBMJOB
prompt appears, you  may change the  command to be  submitted (such  as
for a different library) and enter any of the SBMJOB parameters.

The  actual SBMJOB  command  that  was  executed would  appear  on  the
command entry display followed by the SBMJOB completion message.

The command string to be submitted cannot exceed 250 bytes.

If you  prompt for a  command and then  suddenly realize that  you want
the  command  submitted to  batch, just  enter all  the values  for the
command  and  press  F3.    Then  enter  SBMPRV  and  the  command  you
cancelled will appear in the SBMJOB prompt.

If you  have a command that  was sent several commands  previously, you
can still use SBMPRV by doing the following:

  **   Dup the command with the F9 key

  **   Change  the  first letter  to make  an  invalid command.   Press
       Enter.

  **   Enter SBMPRV

  **   When the SBMJOB  prompt appears,  change the command  name to  a
       valid entry.   Make any other changes to the  defaults and press
       Enter to submit the job.
