The Swap Library List Entry  2 command allows a swap of  2 libraries on
the user  portion of the library  list.  For example, if  both QGPL and
QTEMP  are in  the user  portion of the  library list  and should trade
places, the SWPLIBLE2 will make the swap.

A typical command would be:

               SWPLIBLE2  FROMLIB(ABC) TOLIB(DEF)

Both libraries  must exist  in the user  portion of  the library  list.
At the completion of the command they would have traded placed.

SWPLIBLE2 escape messages you can monitor for

      TAA9891    A named library does not exist on the user
                    portion of the library list

Escape messages from based on functions will be re-sent.

SWPLIBLE2 Command parameters                          *CMD
----------------------------

   FROMLIB       The library  to be  moved in the  user portion  of the
                 library list to where the TOLIB exists.

   TOLIB         The  library to  be moved in  the user  portion of the
                 library list to where the FROMLIB exists.
