The Build RPG message tool builds messages from array records in your RPG
program. The message text can be used on displays, spooled output, or sent as
message text. The tool describes how to use the standard code in your program
to assist you in sending messages from an RPG program. The standard code is
provided in TAARPGJR in QATTRPG.
