Capture and Return Job Attributes. The two commands are intended to allow a
user program to protect its job environment when a sub program is called that
wants to establish its own environment (e.g. the library list). The CAPJOBA
command allows all of the current job attributes to be stored in a data area in
QTEMP. The subprogram is then called. On return, the RTNJOBA command is used to
reset the job environment.
