The Check Holiday command allows you to check a list of specific holidays
against the current system date so that some CL code may be bypassed or
executed. For example, if a backup is not needed on Christmas, you can check
and bypass the save. TAA9892 is sent as an escape message if the current date
is one of the holidays you specified.
