The Check Job End Status command is intended for batch jobs that are waiting
for a delay time and periodically need to check if an End Job or End Subsystem
command has issued a controlled cancel - OPTION(*CNTRLD). CHKJOBENDS allows a
periodic wakeup with a total time specified. The escape message TAA9891 is sent
if a controlled cancel has been requested.
