Check Program Source. Checks a program or module and its associated source to
see if the source still exists and if the program is 'down level' from the
source. A single library, *USRLIBL, or *ALLUSR libraries may be checked. The
source statements are read to determine the date of last change. A replace
option is available. Useful for determining if the source still exists for the
program and module objects and if it is down level.
