Check Save Tape. Checks a save/restore format tape to see if it can be read by
the system. This is a sanity check only and does not ensure that the tape can
be properly restored. It does cause all of the data on tape to be read by the
system which is a better test than the system command DSPTAP. Checks
save/restore tape format which includes any tape media produced by a SAV
command, a new release tape, or a PTF tape.
