Cleanup System. This command combines the functions of several other TAA tools
to provide a simple means of cleaning up the systems. A batch job is submitted.
You can optionally allow the following to occur MTNJRN, DLTOLDSPLF, RMVOLDMSG,
DLTQHST, and DLTOLDQRPL.
