CLP Standard Error Handling Code. This is documentation (including sample code)
for how to do standard error handling in a CL program. The code is ready to be
copied in from the SEU browse function. Two forms of the code are provided. The
simple form is designed for typical user applications. The second form is
designed for tool use and is the same error handling code as available in the
DUPSTDSRC tool (it includes other code).
