The Convert Library Authority command converts the object authority information
of one, all or generic objects within a library and the library object to an
outfile. The system command DSPOBJAUT operates on only a single object. The
outfile name is OBJAUTP. The model file is QAOBJAUT in QSYS with a format name
of QSYDSAUT.
