The Convert Object Description command is similar to the DSPOBJD function of
creating an outfile. Unlike DSPOBJD, an object name such as '*XYZ*' may be
specified to output a record for any objects containing 'XYZ' within the name
field. Selection by object attribute (eg PF) or owner may also be made.
