The Display Job Queue command provides a display that is similar to that
provided by the system WRKJOBQ command except that only a single job queue may
be displayed and the user cannot perform actions against the jobs. DSPJOBQ may
be helpful if you have a menu oriented system and want to prevent users from
changing, holding, or ending jobs on a job queue.
