The Display Outfile Format command displays the fields in a format of the model
file for commands that create outfiles. Many DSP commands and CVT commands
support an outfile. Both system and TAA commands are supported. If multiple
outfiles exist for the command (eg DSPFD), the DSPOUTFILE command is used to
allow a selection. DSPOUTFMT may only be used interactively.
