The Display Subsystem Job Queues command provides a display of the Job Queues
specified for a subsystem and the jobs that are currently on the Job Queues.
'Display only' options exist. DSPSBSJOBQ provides a review of the batch work
that is yet to be processed. See WRKSBSJOBQ for a 'work' version.
