Replace Logical File. This is a replace facility after the DDS has been changed
for a logical file. The file is named and the object is re-created with the new
DDS. This includes multi-format files, join files, and multi-member files. The
attributes of the existing object (e.g. SHARE) are extracted and used on the
new object. Useful for re-create requirements.
