Restore All Changes. Restores all libraries on a tape using the RSTOBJ command.
Designed for use with the SAVCHGOBJ or TAA tool SAVALLCHG command. Can be used
on any tape where one or more libraries exist without having to know the
library names. If the library does not exist on the system, a default version
is created. A listing is provided with one line per library to assist in
identifying problems.
