The Retrieve Column Heading command is a program that can be called (TAADBLRR)
to retrieve the column headings for a field in a file. An externally described
data structure is used to communicate with the program (TAADBLRP). The intent
of the program is to allow a general purpose print program where neither the
file nor the fields are known when the program is written.
