The Retrieve Job Performance command retrieves performance information about
the current job. A 'reset' of the statistics must first be used for the job by
RESJOBPERF or RTVJOBPERF RESET(*YES). Following the running of normal commands,
RTVJOBPERF RESET(*NO) may then be used to retrieve the performance information
that has occurred since the last 'reset'.
