Save authorization list data. The command is intended to assist in the
situation where objects must be restored to a second system (or same system)
that are authorized to authorization lists. SAVAUTL creates a library with one
or more authorization lists and captures the objects that are authorized to the
authorization list. The companion tool RSTAUTL is used on the second system.
