The Scan Data Base File Record Length command scans one or more libraries for
data base files that exceed a specified record length. The record length of a
file is specified on the CRTPF command RCDLEN parameter for program described
files or is the sum of the field lengths for an externally described file. An
omit list of libraries may also be specified.
