The Send Program Information command allows you to send messages about the
current program, the calling program, or any specified program to the job log.
The command is intended to provide an audit trail in case problems arise. The
messages include the create date/time of the program, the source member
information and the last change date of the source as found in the program and
in the source member (if it exists).
