Send Time Message. Provides a simple solution for sending a message to yourself
or another user at a specific date/time. The STRTIMMSG command starts a batch
job that listens for entries sent to a data queue by the SNDTIMMSG command. The
ENDTIMMSG command ends the batch job. Useful for sending reminder messages to
yourself or other users at a specific date/time.
