The Delete End TAA License command provides a method of resetting the TAA
license if ENDTAALIC had been used previously. This is intended for a situation
where a mistake has been made or a change of plans has occurred after ending
the TAA license. DLTENDLIC requires a special software code that may be
requested from the TAA Productivity Tools owner.
