Work Output Queue 3 command is similar to the system WRKOUTQ command,
but supports additional capability such as all output queues in a
library or all libraries and a 'Position To' capability.

You must have *JOBCTL special authority to use WRKOUTQ3.

A typical command would be:

             WRKOUTQ3

A subfile display would appear with one line for each output queue in
all libraries.  The 'Position To' option will allow you to position
within the subfile.

Options exist that are similar to the WRKOUTQ command display plus
the capability to use the TAA WRKALLSPLF function.

WRKALLSPLF Support
------------------

The WRKALLSPLF command is defined for the WRKOUTQ3 display as option
15.

The WRKALLSPLF tool allows you to tailor the WRKSPLF display.  This
includes using options provided by TAA (such as PRTPAGRNG) as well as
system commands.  The command keys may also be tailored.

The Application Value WRKOUTQ3 exists in TAASECURE.  It determines
the program that is called when option 15 is selected from the
WRKOUTQ3 display.

You may change the value as an *ALLOBJ user with the command:

             EDTAPPVAL  APPVAL(TAASECURE/WRKOUTQ3)

The shipped default is the TAASPPYC4 program in TAATOOL.  The default
program provides the same function as WRKALLSPLF with USER(*ALL) and
OUTQ as that specified for option l5.

You may specify your own program with specific WRKALLSPLF options.
You may use a library qualifier of *LIBL so that different users can
have their own version of the same program name.

You may also specify *NONE for the program name (use any value for
the library).  *NONE will prevent option 15 from displaying as an
option on WRKOUTQ3 and will cause an error if entered.

WRKOUTQ3 escape messages you can monitor for
--------------------------------------------

None.  Escape messages from based on functions will be re-sent.

WRKOUTQ3 Command parameters                           *CMD
---------------------------

   OUTQ          The qualified name of the Output Queue to be
                 displayed.  The default is *ALL.  A specific Output
                 Queue or a generic name may be entered.

The library value defaults to *ALL.  A specific library, *LIBL, or
*CURLIB may also be used.
